Can chicken alone satisfy all my protein needs?

I was told that using chicken only for protein is not good for me, is this correct.

No. That's the same as saying eating only apples can satisfy my fruit and vegetable needs. While chicken is a great source of protein, it doesn't provide all the nutrients like vitamins and minerals that you need. Have a variety of protein including plant and animal-based such as hemp seeds, nuts, legumes, and other lean meat sources like beef, pork, and fish.

Eating any one food for long periods of time can be boring. You want to enjoy your foods and consume a variety of them!
