What can I substitute for bananas and yogurt in my recipes?

The smell of these two items turns my stomach.

You can try frozen mango, frozen zucchini, avocado or pear to get a similar texture to bananas, however avocado and zucchini won't sweeten it like a banana, but the fruit will. In place of yogurt you can use a non-dairy milk like almond or coconut milk for similar creaminess. Or try a coconut milk yogurt if the smell isn't off-putting. To replace the protein from the yogurt try a protein powder.
