The first place to start is by eating a balanced diet and avoiding any foods you may be allergic or intolerant to. An elimination diet can help figure those out or a food allergy test.

While these won't cure ME they may help with some of the symptoms.
If it's related to an iron deficiency, some iron-containing foods that you can Blast include pumpkin seeds, lentils and beans, spinach, sesame seeds, and organic tofu.
Research isn't strong in this area as far as specific foods, however there's good reason to believe that more whole, unprocessed foods may provide the nutrients your body needs to fight the symptoms.
