Sounds like all you need is a well-balanced recipe and a little bit of all the colors! That's easy. When building a Blast my suggestion would be to focus on choosing ingredients with a variety of colors. Example, leafy greens, blueberries, red cherries, carrots, and maybe 1/2 banana or some pineapple and a little piece of fresh turmeric or ginger. Then add in some nuts, seeds, and some unsweetened liquid and you're good to go!
