What do my color results mean?

Based on my results, red 3, orange 4, yellow 3, green 2, blue 3.
What are the best smoothies to make for me? Should I have one every day? And are these portions guides for daily amounts?

Looks like you're heavier with orange so focus on choosing foods that help boost your immune system...carrots, oranges, camu camu, red lentils, sweet potato, papaya, garlic, Brazil nuts, and other citrus. It also looks like you're pretty even with the other colors so tossing those ingredients in as well will tackle all areas of health at the same time!
There's no set amount...it's all simply eating more healthy foods and choosing those that will help make you feel better. Most people choose one Blast a day, however do whatever works best for you and your schedule.
