Don't we all wish! There are certain things you can do to reduce gas and bloating. Check out our tips here:
You may also want to consider taking a probiotic or consuming more fermented foods to help populate your gut with healthy bacteria. Also, if you feel it's a lack of enzymes, then digestive enzyme supplements may be able to reduce gas by helping digest certain nutrients more efficiently.
