Most of the recipes on NutriLiving do not follow the code used on the LEAN program. There are some recipes here (https://www.nutribulletlean.com/recipes) in your plan, and on the LEAN mobile app. In the future we should be adding more to this site. In the meantime, you can take a recipe you like from this site and adapt it to fit the LEAN program.
This Blast calls for spinach, peach, plum, blueberries, cashews, date, and unsweetened almond milk. To make this LEAN-friendly you can add more spinach up to the greens line, make sure the peaches/plum/blueberries all fit up to the red line. Then omit the date b/c it's higher in sugar and replace with another healthy fat like a blue scoop of hemp seeds. Reduce the amount of cashews to fit the program and then you can keep the unsweetened almond milk. Remember to add your LEAN Boost or a quality plant-based protein powder... Add in some cinnamon or ginger if you want to spice it up and there you have a LEAN-approved Blast!
