How can I overcome a meal with poor nutrition (cholesterol, high saturated fat, etc.)?

is there any thing I can take to offset or reduce it?

The best thing you can do is to make better choices with your future meals. There's nothing that can "overcome" or "blunt" the foods you've already consumed. By making better choices moving forward, you can improve your overall health!
