What recipes do you recommend for diverticulitis?

Each person is different on what they can tolerate so you'll have to work with some trial and error. If you know of a food that's a "trigger" that may cause a flare-up then avoid it. Most Dr.s recommend avoiding seeds, however this has been somewhat debated. If you're still concerned then I'd say simply skip the blackberries and raspberries as those seeds are a bit tough to pulverize. The others should be fine. Opt for anti-inflammatory foods.
