Do the nutrients in the non-organic produce fight against the pesticides?
I would switch to organic at least for the dirty dozen ones if it weren't for the price. Nonorganic produce like kale may have much pesticide, but they still remove toxins like pesticides. So even if we eat much pesticide from nonorganic produce, won't the pesticide be removed by nonorganic produce's toxin-removing chemicals anyway so we'll be fine even if we have only nonorganic produce?
