Do we have to add other foods with omega-3 if we consume 2 tbsp of flax seeds?

If we have that, then can we go without walnut, salmon and other food having omega-3, provided that we get other nutrients like protein through food other than walnut, salmon and so on?

Because we do not all have consistent amount of omega-3's in the diet every day, it is helpful to consume omega-3's in a variety of sources to make sure we are getting the recommended amount that we need.

It's important to have a variety of foods even though they provide the same nutrients because some foods provide additional nutrients that others do not have.
