How can produce in their pre-blended state fit into two tbsp?

I'm not sure if I understand your initial question or which recipe you are referring to. In general, chopping or dicing ingredients helps them fit into smaller measurements.

Thank you. I think I understand it now, though I feel that one serving of fruit may be more than two tbsp, probably four or more.
