How do I do get the most benefit from a weight scale that measure body fat, BMI, hydration & muscle?

A scale that can provide body composition readings can help you track your progress as you move through your program. Body composition units can have a margin of error so it is best to know it and not rely completely on the numbers alone. Check also your blood pressure, your cholesterol, and your triglyceride readings as you progress.

Finally, if you are to use the machine consistently, I would consider using it every the same time and under the same conditions every time such as with or without clothes on, at the same time in the morning, before or after you ate, etc...
