What can I replace the yogurt with as I am lactose and soya intolerant ?

I have an intolerance to lactose and soya and can't get a lactose free yoghurt at my supermarket. Can I replace it with anything?

If you can't find an alternative yogurt like coconut milk or almond milk yogurt then I would suggest omitting it. To make your Blast creamy you can use avocado or frozen bananas to thicken it up. To make up for the protein I'd suggest adding a protein powder or perhaps some cooked garbanzo or white beans.
You could also use coconut cream, however note that this is higher in fat and does not have the protein found in yogurt.
