Do you have 1 recipe combined to help with cardiovascular,endocrine and muscle health?

Would it be smart to combine all 3? My plan is to drink 2 in the morning 5 days a week. ( at work ) Or do you have 2 recipes I could drink for the best results for a 56 overweight male that wants to do something about his weight and diabetes.
