Is it ok to substitute the almond milk in the recipes with dairy/skim milk ?

I'm looking at alot of the recipes on this site and all the ones that i like/look good say to use almond milk, but i really don't like almond milk i cant stand it lol. So would useing the same amount but dairy/skim milk be ok or would tht like change the taste or something ? srry if this is a dumb ?

Absolutely. Feel free to change any of the ingredients including the liquid. While it will change the flavor and nutritional information, it's definitely an option. If you don't like almond milk, perhaps you'd like coconut milk, hemp milk, cashew milk, or coconut water. Just more options!
