Does avoiding cold cereals help weight weight loss?

1. Reduce the calorie density of the foods you eat by reducing 2 main types of foods and 1. say's cold cereals. I have 3 whole grains cereals, Ezekial, Uncle Sam's and Oatmeal with ZERO sugar, alot of fiber, nothing processed.

Somme ready to eat cereals are very high in sugars and we would recommend that. However there are oatmeals and other hot cereals that are also loaded with sugar. A healthy breakfast can include a balance of protein, fats, and fiber to help you get going in the morning and keep you satisfied until lunch time.
