The yellow color contains phytochemicals such as beta-carotenes that are good for eye health and your immune system. Beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A and they often contain higher levels of vitamin C and omega-3's. Some examples include carrots, mangos, cantaloupe, winter squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and apricots.
