How long do the soups last? I would like to take to work?

If I make it in the morning will it still be good for lunch?

Like your smoothies, you should consume your soups within 24 hours of making it. If you add milk or any ingredients that need to be refrigerated, please do so according to food service rules. Consume your smoothies and soups soon after your blend it to maximize the amount of nutrients in the soup and smoothie.
