Can the Rx grind up acorn squash or do I have to peel it first?

Acorn squash is pretty hard and should be cooked before consumption. You can cut it in half and then steam it or microwave it for 3-5 minutes. You don't have to peel the skin. We would not recommend adding raw or uncooked acorn squash to your NutriBullet for consumption.
