How do I get enough protein intake from a vegetables and fruit diet?

I have Diabetes 2 and it is my understanding the intake of protein is important. How do I get enough protein from fruits and vegetables?

You can add more protein to your smoothies like nuts, seeds, and tofu. You can also try our SuperFood Protein Blend+. It contains 21g of protein per scoop.

You shouldn't only live on smoothies if your gut is working. I suggest adding some lean proteins like fish, or chicken. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you can try tempeh, seitan, and other soy products to make sure you are having enough from each food group!
