How do I get all of my serving in each color group daily?

When you have five servings of fruit and vegetables a day, you can spread that across. While it may be ideal to have all varieties of fruits and vegetables in your diet every day, it may be difficult or impossible. Try to include at least five servings of fruit and vegetable a day first and then include a variety of colors next.
