Do I have to include all my fruit and vegetable servings into one blast?

My quiz results are 2 servings of each color. Does this mean I have to use all colors in every blast or can I do reds one day, yellows another day etc.

No. You should spread your intake throughout the day so that you are add fruit and vegetables to every meal. It sets up good healthy eating practices and ensures you are going to absorb maximum amount of your nutrients.
