Can dry fruits be used as well as fresh?

Dried fruits contains a concentrated amount of sugars when compared to fresh fruit. We would not recommend using 1/2 cup of dried fruits to 1/2 cup of fresh fruit however if you were only had dried fruits on hand, we would suggest using 1-2 tablespoon of dried fruits for ever 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fresh fruit. Dried fruits would require a little more liquid too.
