What is a good mix of foods to be able to get more calcium in my diet?

i have a brand new nutri-bullet. I want to get more calcium into my diet. I have osteopenia. I also have a problem with high cholesterol so have to be careful to not eat too much cheese, etc. Do you have any suggestions for me to make up a "mix" of foods I can put into the nutri-bullet.
