Which is healthier whole flax seeds or meal?

The whole flax seed has not been exposed to oxidation like the meal. The Nutribullet can break down the flax seed. The meal is necessary when you are adding to foods like oatmeal because our digestive system is unable to break down the flax seed. If you are to buy the meal, purchase flax seed meal that are in dark opaque bags and store it in the refrigerator to avoid excess oxidation.
