Is there a good combination of foods that would help with gastroparesis? Diabeties caused this

feeling of fullness and digestion is slow because of this.

People who experience gastroparesis often feel full or lose their appetite soon after eating. What you may want to try is small amounts of food at a time and eat more frequently. There are foods that help you gain your appetite and help with digestion like mint/peppermint, ginger. You may want to consume foods that are more nutritionally dense like avocados, nuts, and fish when you are eating to increase your nutrient intake.
