I had gastric bypass surgery (rygb) 6 months ago. Can I use the these recipes? If so, which ones?

Gastric bypass surgery has different outcomes with each person so it is best to consult your doctor before starting anything new. With new patients, it is sometimes best to limit your meals as liquid because of the amount nutrients and calories you need that a liquid meal cannot always provide. Check with your doctor first however the best ones to start if you are those who have appropriate amount of fats, high in proteins, and complex carbohydrates like this recipe:
