First key in healthy eating is honoring your hunger. Make sure you are adding enough proteins and fats into your smoothies to give you the satiety effect. If you are still hungry after your smoothie, eating foods like eggs and oats like you suggested can be very helpful.
Another option is having 1/2 your smoothie and eating half your breakfast. Some people do not feel full on just liquid or they become hungry soon after. I find eating (or chewing) my breakfast can help me feel more satisfied than just drinking one smoothie.
