How many calories and percentage of fat, carbs and proteins should I have in 1 day to lose weight?

Weight loss differs between people so there is no one formula that can increase your weight loss potential. Many people lean on more protein and fats to increase their weight loss potential like 20-25% of their calories from protein, 10-15% of calories from fats, and the remaining from carbohydrates that are high in fiber, and nutrients like vegetables and whole grains.
