In 2000 I was vegan but resources were limited. Any advice on meal plans to ensure proper nutrition daily?

I would recommend starting slow and trying one of our clean eating guides that can help you get back on track. As with all diet plans, it is easier to try something in moderation rather than extreme so your changes are more sustainable. Try some of our plans here:
