When storing nuts and seeds in the refrigerator is it okay to store them in a resealable bag?

Yes! Store nuts and seeds in contains or resealable bags would be fine. Of course, if you store them in air-tight containers, you slow down oxidation even more. Refrigerating nuts and seeds reduces oxidation greatly.
What does oxidation mean?Does it have anything to do with fat?
When you say air tight containers are you refering to jars?I know you said resealable bags are fine,but is that the same thing as a air tight container?
