Are the serving recommendations for the Nature's Prescription quiz for each day or each week? The quiz instructed me to consume nine.

I did the test. I have 9 servings total. Are the servings taken within a week or daily?

I am sure that 9 servings of anything sounds like a lot however slowly but surely, with smoothies and salads added as part of your daily diet, you can achieve this with a breeze.

To start, you may want to try just 3-5 servings. That includes as simple as 2-3 cups of leafy greens, 1/2 cups of fruit. For our day-to-day intake, we recommend five however the more than better, trying to replace some of your foods with things like nuts, seeds, and beans.
