How do I make your smoothies thinner?

My veg shakes are way too thick ... lots of people say add "liquid" .. but which? Water??

Try adding more liquids and not adding too many ingredients and ingredients that thicken your smoothie like banana, avocado, and oats.

If it is too thick, try adding half almond milk and half water if adding almond milk along is too thick.
