Do you have any recipes for people with pre-ESRD?

The renal diet is very specific about potassium, sodium, phosphorus and protein. Are any of the nutribullet recipes mixed with this in mind?

Dietitian's Answer

Vegetables and fruit have lower levels of sodium and phosphorus however they can be high in potassium like greens and banana.

Here is a list of foods that are high and low in potassium. Focus on the low rather on foods you cannot eat: https://www.kidney.org/atoz/content/potassium
