High ferritin levels are indicating for something bigger than the test results itself.

It can indicate for:
rheumatoid arthritis
liver disease
hyperthyroidism
adult Still’s disease

iron poisoning

I would check with your doctor first to see why it is high and treat the root cause of high ferritin levels.
