Will I get enough protein with just adding nuts to a smoothie?

How much protein you need would depend on your age and your exercise level. In general, adding nuts alone will not be enough. You may want to add an extra dose of nuts as a snack. You can also add additional seeds or SuperFood Protein Blend+ for an extra dose.

In general, adults need about 60-65g of protein per day.
