How much weight should I loose in a week?

I'm eating veggies w/some fruit mixed with water. How much can I expect to loose? Thanks It's been a great 1st day.

It depends on your starting weight. Some have more than a 100 pounds to lose while others are trying to lose their last 5-10 pounds. So if you are on the higher end, you should expect a great loss in the beginning while people on the other end should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week for a sustainable weight loss.
