Why are bananas considered not good?

That depends on who you are talking to and what kind of diet they are following. Bananas are not "good" because RIPE bananas contain a larger concentration of sugars that some people do not like or cannot tolerate if they have diabetes.

Bananas are an excellent source of potassium and fiber that contain adequate of nutrition and calories as a snack or as a pre-workout food.
