I was told not to mix greens, veggies and fruits in the same meal but the Macroblast calls for all three. Can you help clarify?

Veggies and fruits should not be mixed. Macroblas 101t calls for fruits and greens mixed in the same blend.

Dietitian's Answer

Fruits and vegetables are a part of a balanced diet that includes protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Having a variety of fruits and vegetables per meal allows your body to consume adequate nutrition and nutrient levels. There is no harm in adding mixed greens, vegetables, and fruits into one meal.
