  • Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet cup, Tall or Short, and extract for 30 seconds.
  • Carefully remove the blade and stir ingredients to make sure the nuts reach the blade evenly. Repeat until the nuts form a smooth, even texture. This will take 3-6 rounds of extracting, removing the blade, and stirring.


  • Substitute coconut oil for almond oil if easier to find. It will add a rich flavor to your almond butter!
  • Want a touch of sweetness? Add 1/2-1 Tbsp of raw, organic honey with the rest of the ingredients.

this my first time, and I used sea salted roasted almonds, with a pinch of sea salt, with coconut oil, it did not come out creamy as I thought it would, I even added about 1 tablespoon of pure honey(don't know if that is exactly the same as raw organic honey) and I added a little more coconut oil on my last round of stirring. Looks good and tastes good.

Will not try too make almond butter again too hard on NutriBullet ,I have the Pro 900 series , love the machine though .
Now, if I could find a recipe for almond flour. I paid 10.00 for 1 pound . geesh!!!!!!!!!!!!

I make almond flour all the time in my nutribullet! It's SOOOO easy. You can just put the almond in the cup, use the grinding blade and pulse it. You want to watch it because it will turn into almond butter if you leave it on too long, I like to sift mine because there will be some small pieces of almonds that won't grind, I usually just eat those. If you want, look into soaking your almonds, I do some of the time but not all of the time. It helps make the almonds more easily digestible and neutralizes enzyme inhibitors, among other things. If you want to do this, soak the nuts over night and then lay them out flat to dry before you make the flour. I have a dehydrator so I usually put mine in there to dry because its faster. Anyways, its sooooo much cheaper to make the almond flour. Good luck :)
So, which blade to use? And if almonds are soaked, dehydrate again or use wet?
Glad I know to add the oil 😋 without oil the nuts gather around the rim of the cup and blade 😕

I added coconut oil to the recipe as called for, and mine also gather around the rim of the cup and smooth on blade and under it.

Does removing the blade simply mean unscrewing the top?

You would never remove the blade itself, it just means to remove that part that you unscrew..the bottom base.

I just made my first batch of almond butter in my NutriBulletRx and it turned out perfect!! I added a vanilla bean and raw organic honey...PERFECT!!!! Also, I roasted the almonds!! Yep...Perfect!

I soak my almonds in filtered water for 6-8 hours before using them in any recipe, after draining the water off. Helps your body extract the most nutrients. A half dozen almonds makes your smoothie creamy, too.
