I have turmeric powder. It says to use 1 inch of turmeric. How much in tablespoons or ounces would 1 inch turmeric be?
I have inflammatory sinus issues, would this smoothie help in that area? Are there any other recipes that would really target the sinus?
I think it's for a whole day, break it down to three servings
