Apple a Day!

green apple smoothie recipe nutribullet

You know the saying: an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Well, this Blast keeps the aging creams off your countertop, too! Apples contain bioflavanoid antioxidants that reduce inflammation, prevent some forms of cancer, and guard cells from the wear and tear of aging. On top of that, walnuts and avocado provide your body with healthy fats that work wonders for your heart and skin!

Use all the recipes as a guideline. Creativity, imagination, and your own tastes are important. As long as everything you put in is healthy, trial is key with no error. Don't mix Apple seeds.. I would think that you would peel the skin from the avocado. Personally, I would omit the apple seeds, as they contain amygdalin in a small amount. Thank you for sharing your article about Apple a Day!

1,541.7 Calories???? That's gotta be a typo.
Do you add the avocado with its skin on or off? Are the apple seeds ok to leave in?

I used a spinach, kale, chard mix. Also added ice cubes, half the almond milk and water. This is very good, even my daughter liked it.

I just made this today , it is amazing! One thing, it came out very thick so I added more almond milk. What else do you suggest to thin it out?

Just purchased my first nutribullet; very excited. Great interest and huge belief in anti aging, and good immune health via antioxidants from fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains..
