I used baby spinach and cooked organic vacuum packed beets, frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries...this is my favorite blast so far. I've only had the nutribullet a few days. I've tried one of the arthritis elixers and felt the difference after 2 days! can't wait to try more :)

Going to try this tomorrow morning and will drink the whole thing. I think most of the tall cup recipes are meant to be used as a meal replacement so I would say drink the whole thing.
I should have posted that as a reply to the other comments/serving question...sorry. :-)
I could be wrong, but I believe all of the recipes are one serving.
