Soooo good! I usually stick to green blasts. I absolutely MUST include this in my rotation at least once a week. What a treat. It has been my favorite since Summer. Yummm!
This has become one of my favorite blasts. It energizes, tastes good and boosts your immune system. My wife and I both got colds, mine lasted 1 day, hers, 5. Mango is also supposed to be good for the male reproductive system.

I also make a shot out of fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, lemon and dash of cayanne pepper. Me and my husband take 1 shot each morning before breakfast. 1st time it will be harsh but then you just get use to.

Hi. I can't eat mango. Is there a substitute that I can use and still get the fibromyalgia benefits.

There is no substitute for it. You have you use fresh( which looks like Ginger) or have to use powder.

What kind of pepper do you add to help the turmeric to absorb in your system?

Just use regular water. Most almond milk only contains a single almond in it anyway (sadly true! google it). Personally, I'd rather use a few regular almonds if I have them and then fresh water. Alternately use some greek yoghurt and honey.

This one tastes good. I added some pepper for the turmeric to be absorbed better.
