- 1 Cup Baby Kale
- ½ Cup Blueberries, frozen
- ½ Banana
- 1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds
- ½ Cup Ice Cubes *
- ½ Cup Plain Kefir
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
