I'm never sure what fruit and vegetable skins are safe to eat. Do you peel the oranges?

If you click on each fruit/vegy, it will tell you how to use it. Most of the time you do peel the orange.
the juices don't look like they do on here GREENISH BROWN...NOT YELLOW.. spinach, cacao, blueberries, spring are you going to get yellow? but it worked good anyway, jus FYI INFO
