Tried this today, and it is really good. It made a lot so only could drink 1/2 at a time, but it has a nice little kick to it. Thanks for posting!

for giggles, i imported this recipe into mfp recipe box and came up with this nutrition count Nutrition Facts Servings 1.0 Amount Per Serving calories 328 % Daily Value * Total Fat 5 g 8 % Saturated Fat 1 g 4 % Monounsaturated Fat 3 g Polyunsaturated Fat 1 g Trans Fat 0 g Cholesterol 0 mg 0 % Sodium 294 mg 12 % Potassium 1815 mg 52 % Total Carbohydrate 69 g 23 % Dietary Fiber 11 g 44 % Sugars 53 g Protein 6 g 12 % Vitamin A 60 % Vitamin C 67 % Calcium 8 % Iron 7 % does have a lot of sugar though, so wouldn't advise to take it after noon-time, this way your body has time to burn off the sugar before bed lol....would probably make a 'post workout' rejuvenator with the potassium! obviously your mileage may vary.....i had the recipe use vita coco coconut water 2 cups
