Directions

  • Roughly chop the bunch of celery and add to your NutriBullet along with the ½ cup of cold water.
  • Blend.
  • Over a large glass or medium-sized bowl, strain the thick celery mixture through a cheesecloth, using your hands to squeeze out any liquid.
  • Pour the reserved liquid in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t throw out the fiber-rich pulp! Use the leftover celery fiber in a mirepoix (combination of carrots, onion, and celery) to make homemade chicken stock.
