  • After soaking for 15 minutes, drain mango from water and place into Nutribullet Tall Cup along with hemp hearts, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, almond butter, and dates.
  • Extract in 10 to 15-second increments. In between pulses, use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides until ingredients are fully combined. The consistency should be similar to a thick cookie dough.
